Zone 1: UK Mainland: Our standard delivery charge for England, Wales and the southern part of Scotland is £5.95 and delivery is normally within 5-10 working days.
During promotional periods delivery times can be longer.
Zone 2: Scotland, Highlands, Grampians, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands: Our standard delivery charge for smaller items is £8.95 and delivery is normally within 5-10 working days. Larger Water Butts could cost more. Please phone for a quote if ordering a large item 01462 429 720.

What if I am out?
Depending on the delivery method we’ve used we can instruct couriers to leave goods in a safe place at your property (this information needs to be given at time of order by telephone.
Our couriers are generally very good but occasionally accidents do happen in transit and it is not realised until arrival. If you are in at the time of delivery, please give your goods a quick “once over” before signing for them. If an item is damaged, please reject the delivery and give us a call on 01462 429 720 so we can sort out a replacement.
If a damaged item has been left whilst you were out, or you never noticed a fault at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 working days and we’ll get it sorted for you speedily and a replacement arranged. In some cases we might need to ask for an image of the fault to pass onto the manufacturer to assess the damage.
Although we all try hard to provide the best possible service, our production and dispatch team are human. If, in a rare case, your order is not complete – please notify us on 01462 429 720 as soon as possible.
Orders can be cancelled by contacting us by phone on 01462 429 720. If an order has been dispatched and the cancellation is due to the item no longer being required then it will be your responsibility to return the item or to cover the cost of the courier returning the item to us. Only once the product has been returned to us in as new condition with all the packaging will we refund the money owed.
If we agree to the return of the goods, the goods must be in a usable and saleable condition. In other words they must be in the same packaging as when they were delivered and the packaging must be in good condition. The goods must be a condition to allow us to resell them. If we issue a refund the cost of delivery will be deducted from the total invoice value originally taken. If we are replacing the goods a delivery charge will be made for the replacement goods.
